MIKE MCCURDY |  Agent, BA

Mike graduated from Cal State Hayward in business and promptly moved in to sales positions for leasing and then tech companies. He started his real estate career in 2002 as a loan officer for Pulte Homes/ Pulte Mortgage, the nation’s largest homebuilder. He soon transitioned to the new home sales team and  spent the next six years as a top producer for Southern California, a “Top Gun” member (top 5% achievers nationwide), and Regional Sales Manager for San Diego area.  

After Pulte, Mike joined Pacific Sotheby's International Realty where he quickly earned his way to become a top producer in Point Loma and now works with Compass and holds an award for top 1% of real estate agents in San Diego County.  Mike is a member of the San Diego Association of Realtors, Sandicor, MLS, and proudly holds the 2021-2022 Membership Chair and Current VP Chair position for the Point Loma Association.

Growing up in Los Angeles and then San Francisco Bay area, moving to Florida and then back to California, Mike decided early on that he wanted to find the perfect place to raise a family and stay! Well he did: Point Loma. Having a love for mountains and water, "The Wooded Area" in Point Loma provides the perfect home where he can enjoy trees and go boating. He lives for his two boys, Jet & Cole. You can find him working at Peet's, carting the boys to and from baseball, taking the boat out in the bay or grabbing lunch at the Fish Shop. 

ALLISON MCCURDY | Marketing Manager, MBA, MIM

Allison, Mike's wife and business partner runs all aspects of marketing for the team.  Allison grew up in Menlo Park, California and fell in love with Colorado where she attended undergrad at The University of Colorado, Boulder and ten years later returned to University of Colorado at Denver to earn her MBA in marketing.  She has fed her passion for international business and travel by working and living abroad twice. She also holds a Master of International Management from Thunderbird School of International Management.

Her work experience is a 23 year combination of start ups, large corporations and owning her own business.  She met Mike at work 20 years ago and has since worked with him at three more companies!! Her experience runs deep through all facets of marketing and client account management. In 2008 she combined her sales, marketing and passion for exercise by opening the first Bar Method fitness studio in San Diego, paving the way for four more franchises in the county. After 11 years operating the studio, Allison shifted gears to support Mike's real estate marketing and client relations. You can find her out and about in the neighborhood, working out at Bar Method or walking the hills, volunteering, and hanging out with Jet, Cole, and Mike!
